Survey recording recovery
When you use the survey recorder, encrypted audio chunks are saved in this browser’s IndexedDB database, tools-to-pay-recording-recovery-v1. Recovery is limited to the same signed-in user, company and survey. The temporary copy is removed after a confirmed upload, or when you explicitly discard it. Pending copies have no automatic expiry. Clearing website data, private browsing or device storage cleanup can remove them; upload important recordings before clearing data. Downloads you choose to save are separate files under your control.
Essential storage, explained
Essential authentication cookies keep a signed-in workspace available. Browser storage remembers your cookie choices and requested app functions such as calendar navigation, event choices and recovery from a stale app version. Optional Meta advertising measurement stays off until you explicitly accept advertising cookies.
Storage inventory
Supabase authentication uses sb-…-auth-token cookies (which may be split into numbered chunks) and authentication-flow storage. Lifetimes are controlled by the authentication configuration and browser. ttp-cookie-preferences-v2 remembers your accept/reject choice and asks again after 180 days. An older essential-only preference does not grant advertising consent. Calendar and app-recovery local/session storage is functional; session storage lasts for the tab session, while local storage remains until cleared or removed by the app.
Optional Meta advertising storage
After acceptance, Meta Pixel can use _fbp and _fbc cookies to measure visits and connect registrations to Facebook or Instagram advertising. Meta manages their lifetimes under https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/. Our ttp-ad-attribution-v1 storage keeps campaign and ad identifiers usable for up to 30 days. ttp-registration-event-v1 holds a local account reference and event identifier usable for up to 24 hours to prevent repeated registration events; the account reference is not sent to Meta. Expired entries are ignored. Rejecting or withdrawing removes our optional attribution/event storage and accessible _fbp/_fbc cookies. Browser privacy tools can shorten storage lifetimes or block tracking.
Payment and external services
Following a hosted payment or provider link opens that provider's service, which may use its own storage under its own policy. We do not load those services as advertising trackers on the public home page.
Manage your choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional advertising cookies at any time. Rejecting stops future optional events; it cannot undo information already sent to Meta. Essential functions remain available either way. You can also remove cookies and site data in your browser; doing so may sign you out or clear saved preferences.
